TOUR BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

RAINBOW TRAVEL & EVENTS – TWO-MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED


1. Tour Booking Policy

  • You can book tours directly through:

    • The company’s official website

    • Consultation hotline

    • Official social media pages (Facebook, Zalo,…)

  • After booking, Rainbow staff will contact you to confirm details and payment method.

  • To reserve your spot, please make a deposit of at least 50% of the tour value within 24 hours after confirmation.


2. Payment Methods

  • Direct payment at the company office.

  • Bank transfer (account details will be provided after booking).

  • Online payment through gateway (if integrated on the website).


3. Tour Cancellation Policy

Customer-initiated cancellations:

  • Cancel 7+ days before departure: 100% deposit refund.

  • Cancel 3–6 days before departure: 50% deposit refund.

  • Cancel within 48 hours: No refund of deposit.

Note: All cancellations must be confirmed via phone or email to be valid.

Company-initiated cancellations:

In case of force majeure such as: bad weather, natural disasters, epidemics, etc., the company will:

  • Inform customers as early as possible.

  • Arrange alternative dates or offer a 100% refund of paid fees.


4. Tour Changes

  • You may reschedule or transfer your booking to another person at least 3 days before departure (subject to availability and feasibility).

  • Other changes will be considered flexibly on a case-by-case basis.
